Tourism King Mutual Obligation Contract

 

Tourism King  is a web based promotional tool for local enterprise within King Township to advertise/promote their business. Tourism King will list your website domain; or text link; or text with address on our website based on the Client Information Form attached. 

1.   I acknowledge that I have reviewed and understood the website, the intent of the website, and have had full and plain disclosure of the intent of Tourism King. I recognize and acknowledge that Tourism King does not act as a traditional agent in the promotion of my services.

2.   I appoint Tourism King as my agency for a period of one year from the date of first posting of the approved image(s) on the web. This one year period begins on or about ____ (day), ____ (month), _____ (year) and is complete on or about ___ (day), ____(month), ____ (year).

3.   Attached hereto as Appendix 'B', is a small scale low resolution copy of the image(s) which I have approved for publication on the website, and/or to be used in any and all promotional literature. (does not apply for text ad)

4.   I hereby release and give full permission for the approved image(s) to be posted on the website, used in promotional literature, for Tourism King without anticipation or expectation of compensation

5.   Attached hereto as Appendix 'A', is a copy of my Client Information Form which outlines and details, my level of advertising and the limitations associated.

6.   I hereby grant Tourism King the authority to promote my business.
